First of all, I want to dedicate this book to Jesus Christ, to Whom I owe everything. He is my Saviour, Redeemer and Friend. May this book glorify Him and reveal His grace.

Then to Cathy, my faithful wife and companion, who has stood by me through good times and bad.  And to my family. I love you all.  Then there are our faithful supporters and prayer warriors who deserve most of the rewards for making it possible to touch so many lives. You are really special.

A special thanks to the thousands of friends, native, white, and others who have made our lives so rich in experience.
